Fox News Investigates Possible "Patient Dumping" Scheme Involving First Lady Michelle Obama

Here is video of a Fox News investigation into what is called by some, a "patient dumping" scheme, headed up by First Lady Michelle Obama when she worked at the University of Chicago Medical Center. The plan was lauded as helping the poor to get appropriate care. But the bottom line is that it helped the hospital by routing poor patients away from a superior facility to a lower quality facility. In turn, it made room for insured patients to use the University Hospital facility.  More at:
