Hillary's List of Lies  By Dick Morris, March 26, 2008

The USA Today/Gallup survey clearly explains why Sen. Clinton is losing. Asked whether the candidates were “honest and trustworthy,” Sen. McCain won with 67 percent, with Sen. Obama right behind him at 63. Hillary scored 44 percent....Here’s her scorecard: Admitted Lies • Chelsea was jogging around the Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. (She was in bed) • Hillary was named after Sir Edmund Hillary. (She admitted she was wrong. He climbed Everest five years after her birth.) • She was under sniper fire in Bosnia. Admitted Lies

• Chelsea was jogging around the Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. (She was in bed watching it on TV.)
• Hillary was named after Sir Edmund Hillary. (She admitted she was wrong. He climbed Mt. Everest five years after her birth.)
• She was under sniper fire in Bosnia. (A girl presented her with flowers at the foot of the ramp.)
• She learned in The Wall Street Journal how to make a killing in the futures market. (It didn’t cover the market back then.)

Whoppers She Won’t Confess To

• She didn’t know about the FALN pardons.
• She didn’t know that her brothers were being paid to get pardons that Clinton granted.
• Taking the White House gifts was a clerical error.
• She didn’t know that her staff would fire the travel office staff after she told them to do so.
• She didn’t know that the Peter Paul fundraiser in Hollywood in 2000 cost $700,000 more than she reported it had.
• She opposed NAFTA at the time.
• She was instrumental in the Irish peace process.
• She urged Bill to intervene in Rwanda.
• She played a role in the ’90s economic recovery.
• The billing records showed up on their own.
• She thought Bill was innocent when the Monica scandal broke.
• She was always a Yankees fan.
• She had nothing to do with the New Square Hasidic pardons (after they voted for her 1,400-12 and she attended a meeting at the White House about the pardons).
• She negotiated for the release of refugees in Macedonia (who were released the day before she got there).

With a record like that, is it any wonder that we suspect her of being less than honest and straightforward? Excerpted For more of this article go to:

"Saddam supported groups that either associated directly with al Qaeda..." Institute for Defense Analyses report shows.

New study justifies ousting Saddam Hussein's terror state

By DEROY MURDOCK
Scripps Howard News Service

NEW YORK -- With Operation Iraqi Freedom now 5 years old, a new study confirms that ousting Saddam Hussein was justified and vital to U.S. national security. Though war critics hate to admit it, the Baathist dictator was up to his mustache in aid for Islamofascist terrorism.

As an Institute for Defense Analyses report explains, "captured Iraqi documents uncovered strong evidence that links the regime of Saddam Hussein to regional and global terrorism." IDA's review of some 600,000 documents discovered in Iraq since coalition forces liberated Baghdad indicates that "the Saddam regime regarded inspiring, sponsoring, directing and executing acts of terrorism as an element of state power."

IDA presents chilling details:

-- A July 2002 record found 12 Iraqi embassies far better armed than diplomatic security requires: "Vienna -- Explosive charges, rifles with silencers, hand grenades ... Explosive materials were transported to the embassies outside Iraq for special work ..."

-- Building car bombs became a bureaucratized task, as a summarized Sept. 4, 1999, document illustrates.

"An approval memorandum from IIS (Iraqi Intelligence Service) Directorate 4 to Section 27 to load a vehicle with 50 to 75 kilograms (110 to 165 pounds) of explosive material and provide to the At Ta'mim Intelligence Branch (M52) for a 'special duty.' " Further, an "Inspection Certificate Form" should verify the car bomb's compliance with chemical, electrical and mechanical standards. It also recommends using a Duracell battery given "the importance of the duty."

-- The Fedayeen Saddam forwarded Uday Hussein -- its leader and the despot's elder son -- a letter from Nazah, a widow requesting assistance with her husband's pension. She recalls that "he carried out a suicide mission on 19 July 2000, and exploded himself at the (apparently Kurdistani) Ibn Sina Hotel during the presence of US and UK citizens..." She also mentions that he "detonated a car (bomb) during the convoy of (former French first lady) Danielle Mitterrand in Halsabajah City, which killed forty enemies."

-- A March 18, 1993, IIS memo to Saddam Hussein identifies "the organizations that our agency cooperates with ..." Among nine terrorist groups, it cites Egyptian Islamic Jihad ("It carried out numerous successful operations, including the assassination of Sadat"), Fatah, which killed at least 407 innocents including 10 Americans ("We have ... provided financial and logistical support, such as vehicles"), and the Palestine Liberation Front, whose terrorists murdered wheelchair-bound American retiree Leon Klinghoffer aboard the hijacked Achille Lauro ocean liner in October 1985. The memo adds: "They were assigned and carried out commando operations for us against American interests in the (1991) war" including "Burning the American Airlines office in the Philippines" and "Placing an explosive device near an American base in Izmir (Turkey)."

Former Clinton Aide Greg Craig Questions Hillary's Readiness To Be Prez.

In fact Greg Craig says she's lying about all her foreign policy experience!

Excerpted from The National Journal, March 14, 2008
&A: GREG CRAIG
Transcript: Greg Craig On Hillary Clinton's Foreign Policy Experience

National Journal's Linda Douglass sat down with Greg Craig for the March 14 edition of "National Journal On Air." This is a transcript of their conversation.

Q: I want to welcome Greg Craig. He is a Washington attorney and a senior adviser to the Barack Obama campaign. And he was, back in the Bill Clinton administration, the assistant to the president and special counsel and at that time a senior foreign policy adviser to President Clinton's administration. Welcome, Greg.
Craig: Nice to be here, Linda.
Q: So you have written a provocative memo for the Obama campaign making the argument that Hillary Clinton's experience as first lady, in terms of its relevance to being commander in chief and an expert on foreign policy, may have been exaggerated. How so?
Craig: Well, that was the point of my memo. If you're running for president on the basis of your claims of experience, when you then cite examples, you should be careful to be accurate. The evidence should be accurate. And my point is that Senator Clinton and her supporters have in serious ways overstated, if not grossly exaggerated, the nature of her experience. Take the Irish peace process -- which was a lengthy and arduous and difficult negotiation. She said, initially, that "I helped bring peace to Northern Ireland." Well, if you took the many, many heroes who were responsible for achieving that agreement -- I could name 20 people in Ireland. Primarily, the Irish were responsible for doing this, and the Americans were strong supporters.

But it's a little bit presumptuous for the first lady, who would meet people and support people to take credit away from the Irish themselves who did it. Terry McAuliffe said, "We would not have peace today had it not been for Hillary's hard work in Northern Ireland." That's just not true. This morning, Senator Clinton said on NPR that the role that she played in the Irish peace process was "instrumental." Well, that's not accurate. That's an overstatement. And anybody who is really knowledgeable about what went on, including George Mitchell, who wrote a book about it -- he wrote a book about the peace process, and he never mentioned any role whatsoever that Senator Clinton, or the first lady at the time, played.

Q: Well, you know, of course, that the Clinton campaign immediately put out a memo quoting George Mitchell saying that she did play a positive role over the decade in bringing peace to Northern Ireland.
Craig: Well, playing a positive role is a little bit different than claiming that you were instrumental. She wasn't involved in the tough negotiations. She played no role in resolving the tough issues. She met on one occasion in the White House with Ian Paisley and Martin McGuinness, and that was nice. It was a photo opportunity. She traveled to Ireland with her husband and met with the women, and the women, of course, were heroic in their work for peace. But she can't take credit for bringing the women together. They were the courageous ones that did it themselves. What she said was, "It's a good thing you're doing it. We're all for you. I hope you're successful." That's not instrumental. That's not bringing peace to Ireland.
Q: You also say that the claim that she has passed the commander in chief test, then, is not supported by this record.
Craig: No, I think, look -- I think she would be a capable commander in chief. I think Barack Obama, who is my candidate, would also be a capable commander in chief. I'm not denigrating that. What I'm saying is that when you talk about evidence of experience, you should be accurate as to what your role really was. Here's another example -- she claims that she negotiated the opening of the borders in the former Republic of Macedonia, and she arrived the day after that had been achieved. She traveled there, but she had nothing to do with the negotiations. And Ambassador [Robert] Gelbard, who was very much involved, said that she really didn't play any role in that at all and that it's a mistake and not accurate for her to take credit for it.
Q: And again, of course, you know that the Clinton campaign has said that former senior foreign policy adviser to the Clinton administration, Richard Holbrooke, said she did play a role.
Craig: She claims that she negotiated the opening of the borders -- that's not accurate, and Ambassador Holbrooke would be the first to agree that that's not accurate.
Q: So let's just put this on a scale of one to 10 here. Are we talking exaggeration, or are we talking about something more serious, such as not being truthful?
Craig: Well, I think it's exaggeration. It's inflated résumé. It's in that category. I think she is misleading the American public on the nature of her experience.
Q: But was that experience, do you think, that is -- having a lot of influence with advisers, giving private advice to her husband -- was that experience that has helped prepare her to be commander in chief?

Craig: Oh, I don't doubt that. The point that I am making is that her claims of the nature of that experience are overstated. The fact is she did not sit in on national security meetings. She did not have a security clearance. She did not attend meetings in the situation room. She conducted no negotiations. She did not manage any part of the national security bureaucracy. She did not have her own national security staff. That's the fact. Now the experience that she did have -- watching and sometimes sitting in the room where discussions were going on and also meeting heads of state and foreign ministers -- that is good experience, and it's invaluable to understanding how the world works when it comes to international organizations as well as international negotiations...

Democrat Bill Press To Tucker Carlson "Hillary Has 'B---- of Brass'

Bill Press: Hillary Has 'B---- of Brass'
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Excerpt:
Even Tucker Carlson, MSNBC's uninhibited house libertarian, was a bit taken aback. But good Dem Bill Press has had the, um, gumption to say what others may have thought about Hillary Clinton: that she has "balls of brass."

Press's comment arose on this evening's Tucker in the context of Clinton's shameless assertion that the Michigan primary was "fair" despite the fact that the DNC had agreed it wouldn't count and that Obama's name did not even appear on the ballot."

History Hillary Rodham hopes we have all forgotten...

Hillary Clinton has been telling America that she is the most qualified candidate for President based on her record,” which she says includes her eight years in the White House as First Lady or “Co-President ?” and her seven years in the Senate. Here is a reminder of what that “record” includes: as First Lady, Hillary assumed authority over Health Care Reform, a process that cost the taxpayers over $13 million. She told both Bill Bradley and Patrick Moynihan, key votes needed to pass her legislation, that she would “demonize “anyone who opposed it. But it was opposed; she couldn’t get her incomplete, poorly written Health Care Reform Bill to the house floor of the House for a vote buy a Congress which at the time was controlled by her own party. And in the next election, her party lost control of both the House and Senate.

- Hillary assumed authority over selecting a Female Attorney General. Her first two recommendations Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood were forced to withdraw their names from consideration,
and then she chose Janet Reno. Janet Reno was later described by Bill himself as, “My Worst Mistake.”

- Hillary recommended Lani Guinier for head of the Civil Rights Commission. When Guinier’s radical views became known, her name had to be withdrawn.

- Hillary recommended her former law partners, Web Hubbell, Vince Foster, and William Kennedy for positions in the Justice Department, White House staff, and the Treasury, respectively. Hubbell was later imprisoned, Foster committed suicide (?) and Kennedy was forced to resign.

- Hillary also recommended a close friend of the Clintons, former bartender Craig Livingstone, for the position of director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of up to 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies, called “Filegate” and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, both Hillary and her husband denied knowing him. FBI Agent Dennis Sculimbrene confirmed in a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting in 1996 both the drug use and Hillary’s involvement in hiring Livingstone.

After that, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office, after having served seven Presidents for over three decades. In order to open “slots” in the White House for her friends “The Harry Thomasons” to whom millions of dollars in travel contracts would later be awarded; Hillary had the entire staff of the White House Travel Office....Fired. She then reported them to the FBI for “gross mismanagement,” and their reputations ruined. Following a thirty-month F.B.I. investigation, only one, Billy Dale, was charged with a crime allegedly mixing personal money with White House funds (not theft) when he cashed personal checks and drew White House funds for his checks. The jury took less than two hours to acquit him.

- Another of Hillary’s assumed duties was directing the “Bimbo Eruption Squad” and Scandal Defense: she urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. This was a Monumental Strategic Error of Gargantuan Proportions. She then refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr’s investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about it and later admitting his affairs. Then they had to settle with Paula Jones after all. And Bill lost his law license for lying to the grand jury. ...and Bill was impeached by the House. Hillary almost got herself indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice. She avoided it mostly because she repeated, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” 56 times under oath.

And don’t forget her part in Vince Foster’s “suicide” aftermath, when investigators were not provided requested records. Let’s not forget that while all this was going on
Hillary wrote “It Takes a Village,”which espouses her true Socialist Values and Viewpoints.
During their final months in the Whitehouse, Hillary decided to seek election to the Senate in a state she had never resided, New York. Before leaving office, She had her husband Bill pardon FALN terrorists in order to get Latino support for her NY Senate run. Then in order to get Jewish support, reduced the sentences of four men from the Rockland Village of New Square the New Square Hassidim who were convicted of bilking the state and federal government of tens of millions of grant dollars. Hillary also had Bill pardon her brother’s clients, for a small fee, to get financial support.
Finally, Hillary left the White House, but later had to return more than $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork she had taken. In the campaign for the Senate,
Hillary played the “Woman Card” often, portraying her opponent Mr. Lazio as a bully picking on her. Hillary’s husband further protected her by asking the National Archives to withhold from the public until 2012 many records of their time in the White House, including much of Hillary’s correspondence and her calendars. There are ongoing lawsuits to force the release of those records.

As the Junior Senator from New York, Hillary has passed no major legislation. She has deferred to the Senior Senator (Schumer) to tend to the needs of New Yorkers, even on the hot issue of medical problems of workers involved in the cleanup of Ground Zero after 9/11. Hillary’s one notable vote, supporting the plan to invade Iraq, which she has since disavowed. Quite a resume, isn’t it ? Help America Remember and Share This.

What's This About Hillary's Mental Stability?

Media diagnose Hillary "Sybil" Clinton with "mood swings," depression, and "multiple personality disorder"

Excerpt from lengthy article at: http://mediamatters.org/items/200802270010

Summary: In recent days, members of the media asserted that Sen. Hillary Clinton displayed "mood swings," "could be depressed," "[r]esembl[ed] someone with multiple personality disorder," and "has turned into Sybil."

Between February 25 and February 27, members of the media asserted Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton displayed "mood swings," "could be depressed," "[r]esembl[ed] someone with multiple personality disorder," and "has turned into Sybil," an apparent reference to a book and movie about a woman who developed multiple personality disorder after being severely abused as a child. Asserting in a February 25 National Review Online blog post that Clinton has displayed "erratic, roller-coaster, mood swings these past few weeks," CNBC host Lawrence Kudlow wrote: "Now I'm no psychiatrist, far from it, but I think a simple answer is that Senator Clinton could be depressed." Kudlow added, "Maybe Hillary's taking meds, but they're just not working for her? Could that be why she's always attacking Big Pharma?" In a February 27 New York Times column, Maureen Dowd claimed that Clinton "has turned into Sybil." Dowd added: "We've had Experienced Hillary, Soft Hillary, Hard Hillary, Misty Hillary, Sarcastic Hillary, Joined-at-the-Hip-to-Bill Hillary, Her-Own-Person-Who-Just-Happens-to-Be-Married-to-a-Former-President Hillary, It's-My-Turn Hillary, Cuddly Hillary, Let's-Get-Down-in-the-Dirt-and-Fight-Like-Dogs Hillary. Just as in the White House, when her cascading images and hairstyles became dizzying and unsettling, suggesting that the first lady woke up every day struggling to create a persona, now she seems to think there is a political solution to her problem." On the February 26 edition of CNN's The Situation Room, commentator Jack Cafferty claimed Clinton "[r]esembl[ed] someone with multiple personality disorder." And on the February 25 edition of MSNBC's Hardball, host Chris Matthews declared: "I mean, most people have mood swings and attitude swings, which, I have to say in my case, change radically time to time, but to go from basically applauding him [Sen. Barack Obama] as a human being to saying he ought to be ashamed of himself is a wicked turn of tone, I think. But you say what you think." Chicago Tribune reporter Jill Zuckman responded: "It comes across as a little schizophrenic."

As Media Matters for America has documented, in her 2007 book The Extreme Makeover of Hillary (Rodham) Clinton (Regnery Publishing), Republican strategist Bay Buchanan suggested that Clinton may have a disorder "involving narcissistic personality style" and was quoted in an article on the book as saying, "[W]e are talking about a clinical condition that could make her [Clinton] dangerously ill-suited to become President and Commander-in-Chief."

Additionally, as Media Matters documented in 2004, following a speech in which former Vice President Al Gore called for the resignation of six top Bush administration officials, pundits claimed that Gore "has gone off his lithium again," that "half the country thinks he's a mental patient," that he "is insane" and "needs medication," and "that if he is already on medication, his doctors need to adjust it or change it entirely."

Kudlow's February 25 blog post, headlined "Hillary's Mental Roller Coaster":

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed Hillary's erratic, roller-coaster, mood swings these past few weeks?

She's all over the map. Irritable and angry. Manic. Pessimistic and sad. One minute she's shedding tears, the next minute she's shouting and attacking, then she's sarcastically ripping on Obama, and on and on it goes.

So, is Hillary depressed?  To Read more go to lengthy article at:

The Democrat dream: Obama and Clinton together in the White House

080213 Dream ticket.jpg

The democratic blogosphere hasn't given up on the idea of an Obama - Clinton ‘Dream ticket'; an agreement between the two candidates that would steamroll over the Republicans. Having an Afro-American and a woman as president and vice president is certainly a dream for Democrat activists, but could it be a dream come true?

Hillary's Hint Of Obama As VP Is A Trojan Horse

Cunning Hillary wants the Prez job so badly she'll resort to deceit, showing her true self and egotistical intentions again. Her coy "hint" of taking Obama as her VP is her Trojan Horse to those leaning towards Obama in the remaining primaries. Next she'll be saying to Democrats " Look, with me as President you will truly get two for the price of one, Obama & me, the perfect team (the first woman president and first Black vice-president) for all Democrats."

Don't buy it!  She's two faced and this is a little farce of some genius (probably Bill). This hint is a way of really screwing Obama good.  No way should he wait 8 years to try to become president again, for she will surely kick him to the curb as soon as she wins the nomination.

Clinton hints at shared ticket

By JIM KUHNHENN and CALVIN WOODWARD, Associated Press Writer 27 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - Hillary Rodham Clinton, fresh off a campaign-saving comeback, hinted Wednesday at the possibility of sharing the Democratic presidential ticket with Barack Obama."
